Marcin Kosinski

Marcin is an experienced Master Mariner. He has been working at sea for over 20 years. He started his professional career on seagoing ships, and has been working for over 16 years, gaining experience and improving his competences in the offshore drilling industry all over the world. He is a graduate of the Maritime University of Szczecin. Privately, he is the proud father of two adult children and the husband of Agnieszka. They live in Szczecin.

Mariusz is an experienced manager who spent over 20 years developing and transforming Polish energy and district heating sector, holding for many years a CEO position of Polish subsidiary of German energy utility E.ON. He was also a honorary consul of Germany in his hometown Szczecin. Recently engaged in developing a rapid growing Polish construction company ATLAS WARD as an executive board member.Mariusz graduated from Harvard Business School in 2023 by completing Advanced Management Program 205. He is also an alumni of Poznan University of Economics. Privately he is married to his wife Monika and - together with her - taking care about their 5 children. They live in Warsaw.
